OUR BUSINESS ORGANISATION
Our business organization has been founded in February of 1992 as a small business. The activity of our operation has initially been focused in the accumulation and marketing of agricultural produce. As our activity kept increasing in January 2009 we established the business organization “S.E.D-Borsh” Sh.p.k with NUIS: K93726802K.
The activity of S.E.D-Borsh is concentrated in the accumulation of olives and olive oil as well as the processing, preparation, packaging and marketing of olive oil inside and outside the country.
The administrator of the company is Ylli Hajdini, a graduate of the Tirana Agricultural University, with experience in the administration and management of agricultural economies. In 1996, we bought a small production plant in Italy with a capacity of 4 kv of olives per hour. After two years, we expanded our activity by purchasing a larger factory, with a processing capacity of up to 2 tons per hour.
In 1996 we bought in Italy a little factory with a capacity of 4 q olives an hour. After two years we expanded our activity by buying a bigger factory with a processing capacity of 8 q an hour. This way, gradually our business organization grew, increasing the production capacity and also by using the best technology in the market and at present we can produce several varieties of olive oil such as: Kalinjot olive oil which accounts for 65% of our production, Frantojo olive oil, Koroneo, Finegrain of Himara, Pulazeqin etc
Kalinjot olive oil, which accounts for 65% of production, frantojo olive oil, koroneo, Himare kokerrholli, pulazeqin, etc. The company "S.E.D - Borsh" Sh.p.k., produces several types of olive oil from extra virgin olive oil in marasca, dorica, pulja glass bottles in 0.25 L, 0.5 L, 1 L. Extra virgin oil can be purchased packaged in aluminum cans in 3 L, 5 L, 18 L format.
Extra-virgin olive oil, can be bought packaged in tin containers in formats of 3 L, 5 L, 18 L. Our business organisation produces virgin olive oil in all of the above-mentioned formats.
We also produce oil for salad, in all kinds of packaging: glass, tin, and plastic bottles (pet). This type of oil can be packaged in 0.5 L, 1 L, 1.5 L, 2 L, and 5 L and according to the clients’ requests even in bigger packaging.
In 2015, we separated packaging from production and built in Prush, Tirana district, the olive oil storage factory, olive oil packaging and storage of the finished product (packaged product). The capacity of the factory to store olive oil in stainless steel tanks up to 500 tons and a capacity to store the finished product up to 200 tons. This investment helps us a lot to be closer to the domestic and export markets.

is a trademark registered in the directory of industrial property and also origine certificate (geographical indicator).
Our business organisation works conform to the European Union standards and we have been given the certificate:
HACCAP and ISO 9001: 2015.

Our business organisation is the recipient of the grant from AZHBR. This has been a big support for the development and expansion of the company. We are now exporters even in the USA.
